For food and medication, we do not accept returns unless the issue is a direct result of our error (e.g., wrong product shipped).

For pet accessories, collars, bowls, clothes, and other items excluding medication and food, returns are accepted. However, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping and local delivery costs associated with the return.

We accept payments via credit card through TBC Bank’s payment gateway.

We also accept online bank transfers to our Bank of Georgia account (Account Number: [Insert Your Bank of Georgia Account Number Here]). For online transfers, customers are required to send a screenshot or photo of the payment receipt via WhatsApp to [Insert Your WhatsApp Number Here]. We will process the order once the receipt is accepted.

We offer local delivery within a 15km radius of Batumi city. The delivery fees are as follows:

• Less than 5km: 3 ₾
• Less than 10km: 5 ₾
• Less than 15km: 10 ₾

After your order and payment are received, you will receive a text message confirming your order and the applicable delivery price.

We offer shipping to all cities across Georgia via Georgian Post. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order and follows the Georgian Post’s pricing structure:

• 1kg – 3.5kg: 14.50 ₾
• 3.51kg – 10kg: 19 ₾
• 10.01kg – 15kg: 27.5 ₾

Please note that these prices are uniform for all cities in Georgia.

Yes! We offer free local delivery within a 10km radius of Batumi city for orders totaling 50 ₾ or more.
